Lonnie Broome and his wife Dora, of 30 years, have been at Orange Heights for over ten years. They have two married children, Amber and Aaron, who are active members in the church ministries at Orange Heights, and they enjoy spending time with their three little grandsons, Luke, Eli and Jackson. 

Lonnie holds a BS from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary. His priority is the consistent study and passionate preaching of the Word of God. 

He and Dora both love people from every walk of life and are as comfortable at home barefooted in blue-jeans and a T-shirt, as in a crowd of businessmen.
